The Todo list is in connexion with my unsupported but also the few knowns bugs cited below.

It could also be good to make sure 777 permission are given automatically by the website when files are uploaded.

Also, the odt file with zip extension and unzip folder doc in the source folder can not be deleted after having being copied from the uploads folder. This is because file permissions are not retained when files are copied; they end up with the default UMASK permissions instead. It could be smarter to find a way to copy files with their permissions level and to be able to delete them at the and of the execution.
