Hdoc Converter Project

In case the user is having problems with the converter, i.e. converted file doesn't have the right content, or conversion itself failed, it is important to check that uploads and ant/etherpad_to_hdoc directories have been recursively set to chmod 777. Otherwise, Ant or Perl might have permission issues to open or edit files, which would make the conversion fail.
