The bibtex.jar work when you use execution by command line but not when you use Oxygen.
You need to have the correct version of java on your computer (or it's not working).
The id and the name of .ref file are chosen with the id of the entry in bibtex. The id has to be well formed.
We don't check if we respect the shema of hdoclib.
