Hdoc Converter Project

Correct known bugs (see above).

Some microdatas-related conversion are not yet implemented, such as color and icon

Only freemind files are managed by the converter. But other map mapping application like https://framindmap.org or https://framindmap.org/ have their own format and it should be interesting to provide a converter.

The website content (hdoc_to_opale and mapMapping_to_hdoc converter and uploaded samples) is up to date, but there are still some bugs to correct (see "Known bugs" section).
