Hdoc Converter Project

The id of the .ref file have to be well formed because they are used as id in hdocbib file. We need to clean the id.

If we have other .ref than bibliography reference the script will try to parse it like if it was bibliography reference.

If a reference is not set exactly like it's supposed to be the hdoc will not be perfect (no check if the reference are good or not).
